The room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. We were pleasantly surprised by the complementary fruit platter upon arrival. The hotel is conveniently located near both metro stations, making it easy to explore the city. The staff, especially Andreas at the reception, were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us during a difficult situation. We felt safe and welcomed throughout our stay.
